The DER Application makes it possible for users to consult Written Warning Penalty Processes,
Defense of the Assessment and Administrative Appeal. It also allows to consult Fines related to the infractions committed
on the highways under the jurisdiction of the Department of Roads - DER, and also consult
the Driver's Indication of the respective fines.
This application is an initiative of the Department of Roads - DER and provides quick and efficient consultation, providing the updated situation of the above mentioned features, as well as image of the respective fine, from the vehicle's RENAVAM. For Fines of Shipper is also available consultation by CNPJ / CPF.
Exclusive DUTIES of EMBARCADOR do not block the licensing of the vehicle used in transportation.

- Improvements in the driver indication query
The functionality of the application provided by the DER, includes the query of Conductor Indication (Accepted or Rejected) by Renavam and now also by CNH.
